Damaged roller pump lid

DETAILS OF INCIDENT

The roller pump lid hinge had cracked and the piece dropped into the raceway. The piece was sharp enough to potentially puncture the silicone tubing. The broken piece wasn't noticed during set up but it was spotted whilst priming.
