On delivery of Halamid HCU cleaning product, it was noted that there was a strong smell from the cardboard box. On opening the box, there was chemical observed outside of the sealed containers.

One of the container lids had not been pushed onto the container until the lip engaged correctly. The loose lid allowed the powder to escape in transit.
